Aspen LV Plus Ballina over-55’s lifestyle community, welcome to our very first
email update!
A lot of exciting
progress has taken place over the last few months in and around Aspen LV Plus
Ballina. We are delighted to announce the launch of our new and improved
user-friendly website. To view our fantastic new online home, click here
Equally exciting
progress has taken place on the physical Aspen LV Plus Ballina site too,
allowing us to announce the release of six brand new brick-built
homes.
These six exciting
additions comprise two ‘Chapman’ design homes and four ‘Cordeaux’ design homes.
Both the ‘Chapman’ and ‘Cordeaux’ feature two large bedrooms, master with
ensuite and walk-in robe, a study (or 3rd bedroom), 2nd
bathroom, open plan living areas and a large private courtyard.
We have already
presold four of the homes, with only one of each design remaining. The attached
photographs show off the two remaining homes, and interest and enquiries are
incredibly high so those looking to buy are advised to move quickly. All it
takes is a $1,000 holding deposit to secure your preferred house design and
site. The deposit, should you choose to withdraw your expression of interest, is
fully refundable.
