Hello and a big happy new year to all our residents and readers of our newsletter. I do hope you all had a lovely and safe festive season.

2011 is shaping up to be a very exciting time for our Community, with the construction of 6 new homes about to commence, with the first home anticipated to be completed by the end of May.

These homes, comprising 2 stand-alone ‘Chapman’ and 2 x 2 ‘Cordeaux’ designs will prove to be a very popular home. The ‘Chapman’ has 2 bedrooms plus study (or 3^rd bedroom), 2 bathrooms and a single garage. The master bedroom includes walk-in robe and private ensuite. The kitchen overlooks a private courtyard area and the open plan living area opens onto a rear alfresco courtyard.

The ‘Cordeaux’ is also a 2 bedroom plus study (or 3^rd bedroom), 2 bathroom home with the benefit of a 5600mm x 6070mm double garage. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and private ensuite. Like the ‘Chapman’, the kitchen also overlooks the private courtyard area and the open plan living area opens onto a rear alfresco courtyard. Both the ‘Chapman’ and ‘Cordeaux’ also have a separate storage room with access from the rear garden area.
